Workers Compensation Commission and Dispute Resolution Services System Shutdowns

The new Personal Injury Commission will commence operation on 1 March this year, combining the current Workers Compensation Commission and SIRA’s Dispute Resolution Service into a single tribunal. To prepare for the transition, the Workers Compensation Commission case management system will shut down from Thursday 25 February 6pm – Monday 1 March 9am.
Please refer to Workers Compensation Commission e-bulletin No 114 for more information. The Dispute Resolution Services Legal Portal will also shut down from Friday 12 February 5pm - Monday 15 February 9am and Friday 19 February 5pm - Monday 22 February 9am to prepare for the changes.
