Personal Injury Commission Rules 2021

The Rule Committee of the Personal Injury Commission has made the Personal Injury Commission Rules 2021 under the Personal Injury Commission Act 2020.
The Rules were published in the Government Gazette this week and take effect on the establishment day for the Personal Injury Commission, which is 1 March 2021.
