Family therapy in a Family Law Context

The NSW Bar Association’s Family Law Committee are delighted to host Dr Lucia Vardanega, Western Sydney University, to consider "Family therapy in a Family Law Context".

Dr Lucia Vardanega will discuss family therapy in practise, including topics such as the nature and definition of family therapy, when to refer and what contra indicators prevent referral, limitations of the family therapy and what orders are to be considered when referring to therapy. There will be an opportunity after Dr Vardanega’s presentation to ask questions. Participants are invited to submit questions at registration.
