Who can I talk to about sexual harassment at the Bar?

The New South Wales Bar Association reiterates there is no place for sexual harassment, bullying or unacceptable behaviour at the NSW Bar. Each of us has a role to play in contributing to a safe, inclusive profession that promotes respectful relationships. Members are reminded that to assist members, anyone working in our profession or otherwise impacted who may be the subject of unlawful discrimination, sexual harassment or workplace bullying, the Association has prepared a factsheet entitled “Who can I talk to about sexual harassment at the Bar?” and a comprehensive guide to support services and information about avenues of complaint.
