The Commercial Law Section is pleased to present "Recent Issues in Insurance Law."

The webinar, presented by Stuart Donaldson SC, Ed Muston SC, and Anne Horvath, will explore current issues in insurance law and practice, including:

• the duty of utmost good faith

• suing insurers directly

• accessing insurance policies.

Chief Justice Allsop AO, Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Australia, will chair the event.
