Release of the revised ODPP Guidelines

The Director of Public Prosecutions, Lloyd Babb SC, has released revised Prosecution Guidelines. The Prosecution Guidelines were settled following extensive consultations with key stakeholders within the criminal justice system.
The Prosecution Guidelines were published and take effect today and are available on the ODPP website here.
