Holder of Trust Money Accounts: External Examiners Report

A reminder that holders of trust money accounts who have received fees in advance for the reporting period 1 April 2020 – 31 March 2021 need to submit an External Examiner’s Report. A copy of the report form is available here.

All External Examiners’ reports need to be submitted by 7 June 2021 by email only to clam@nswbar.asn.au

If you are the holder of a trust money account and you have not received fees in advance for the past reporting year, please ensure that you complete a nil return form available here.
