The Legal Aid NSW Appellate Criminal Law Barrister Panel is open to new applicants. The panel is open to junior counsel only.

Information about the panel, the eligibility requirements for applicants and how to apply can be viewed on the Barrister/Briefing Panels webpage under the dropdown link ‘Appellate Barrister’. Applications can be submitted at any time line through the Panels Application Website.

Barristers currently appointed to the panel are not required to apply.
