New Supreme Court (Criminal Appeal) Rules 2021

On 26 April 2021, the Supreme Court Rules Committee approved the Supreme Court (Criminal Appeal) Rules 2021.
The Rules provide for the practice and procedure in the Court of Criminal Appeal and repeal the Criminal Appeal Rules.
The new Supreme Court ( Criminal Appeal) Rules 2021 were published on the NSW Legislation Website on 27 April 2021 and commence on 1 May 2021 and can be found here.
