Vale George Richard Rummery QC (1928-2021)

George Richard Rummery QC passed away on Wednesday the 28th of April 2021.

After completing his studies at the University of Sydney, Mr Rummery was called to the New South Wales Bar in 1963. He was a longstanding member of 10 Selborne Chambers. He took silk in 1990. In 1991 Mr Rummery was appointed to the bench of the District Court of New South Wales where he served for many years.

A funeral service will be held at St Mary Magdalene’s Church, Rose Bay on Friday 7th of May at 11.30am.
