Amendment to Rules 3.10 and 7.11 of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules

On 3 May 2021, the Uniform Rules Committee approved Amendment No 95 to the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005.
The amendments include:
• Rule 3.10 – the correction of a typographical error in sub-rule (3) by adding a comma after the word “reasons”; and
• Rule 7.11 – the correction of an out of date cross-reference in sub-rule (1) by replacing rule 7.4 with rule 7.6.
