Vale the Hon Lesley Joseph Downs QC (1927 - 2021)

The District Court has advised that former District Court Judge Leslie Downs QC passed away on 14 May 2021.

His Honour came to the Bar in 1959 and took Silk in 1984, prior to being appointed to the Bench in 1988.

A funeral service will be held on Friday 21 May 2021 at St Philip Neri Church, Northbridge at 10.30am
