Criminal Proceedings in the Supreme Court – Re-issued Practice Note SC CL 2

The Chief Justice has re-issued Practice Note SC CL 2 – Criminal Proceedings.
The main changes include:
- Increasing the timeframe in which to serve documents;
- Clarifying that the prosecution must include a statement where post-offence conduct is relied upon; and
- Updating the types of matters that may be brought before the Court.
The Practice Note commenced on 1 May 2021.
