The panel of speakers include Kristina Stern SC (commercial and corporate law), Craig Lenehan SC (administrative law and constitutional law), Simeon Beckett (interpreting legislation) and Peggy Dwyer (criminal law and coronial inquests). Chaired by Justice Angus Stewart of the Federal Court.

This session will discuss ways that you can use human rights in the way you practise. It will consider the use of human rights in the practice of commercial law, corporate law/regulatory matters, public/administrative law, constitutional law, criminal law and coronial inquests.
