Update to Criminal Law Guidelines

The Legal Aid NSW Board has approved changes to the Criminal Law Guidelines to ensure Aboriginal women are represented in the Local Court even when there is no risk of gaol. The changes apply to applications determined on or after 15 June 2021. Please see Policy Bulletin 2021 No. 3 for further details.
