Update from the Local Court - Correction to earlier InBrief

Updated arrangements apply to hearings listed in the Greater Sydney, Blue Mountains, Central Coast and Illawarra Local Courts as set out in the Chief Magistrate’s Memorandum No 19 Covid 19 here from 28 June 2021 to 9 July 2021.

Defended hearings in the Local Courts listed in the latest Memorandum will no longer proceed, small claims hearings will proceed where possible via telephone and wherever possible sentence matters will proceed.
