The NSW Law Reform Commission has released Draft Proposals for review of Open justice: Court and tribunal information: access, disclosure and publication.

The Draft Proposals are for discussion only and do not represent the concluded view of the Commission or any of its Commissioners. If members have a response to the Draft Proposals or as any related matters, they should address them the following:-

The closing date for submissions is Monday 2 August 2021.

It would assist the Commission if an electronic version of submissions are provided.
