Administrative Appeals Tribunal - New application forms for the Migration and Refugee Division

New application forms are now available for applications in the Migration and Refugee Division of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

The new application forms include changes about:

• representatives in the Migration and Refugee Division

• new reviewable decisions

• the amount of application fees payable, and

• the declaration section.
