Attorney General announces Retirement of His Honour Judge Roger Dive

Attorney General Mark Speakman SC MP has issued a Media Release today announcing that His Honour Judge Roger Dive of the NSW Drug Court has decided to retire after dedicating 50 years to the justice system.

The Attorney General paid tribute to Judge Dive, who will officially retire on 6 August, saying that his work had changed an extraordinary number of lives across NSW.

“Judge Dive’s compassion for, understanding of, and dedication to, the people who appear before him is well known in the legal sphere,” Mr Speakman said.
