The next meeting of the Bar Book Club will be held on Tuesday, 20 July 2021 at 5.30pm in Martin Place Chambers. Two books have been chosen for discussion:-

The first book is a memoir by a member of the UK Bar - Alexandra Wilson, In Black and White]. You’ll find a review on the ICLR blog.

The fiction choice is A theatre for dreamers by Polly Sansom. Set on the island of Hydra in 1960, it fictionalises the life of the writers and poets who lived there, including Charmian Clift, George Johnston and Leonard Cohen.
