WBF and NBC Parenting at the Bar catch up – Tuesday 3 August at 1pm

The Women Barristers Forum and New Barristers Committee invite all members of the Bar to join our Zoom Parenting at the Bar Catch Up at 1pm on Tuesday 3 August 2021.

Ordinarily, the WBF would hold this annual event in the Bar Common Room, but we’ve adapted to a virtual event for 2021, held jointly with the New Barristers’ Committee. This event is for all barristers to discuss experiences of parenting at the Bar. The lunchtime session will be the first in a number of sessions on this topic aimed at assisting all members of the Bar - women and men - to meet the challenges of juggling parenting responsibilities with building and maintaining a successful career at the Bar.

All welcome. Bring your lunch, kids, partners, pets for this catch up and pose questions or offer suggestions to colleagues. If you cannot attend this session, please look out in inBrief for the invitation to the next one!
