FCFCOA: Practice and procedure update

The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) has released copies of the new General Federal Law Practice Directions that will apply from 1 September 2025.

The new Practice Directions complement the new General Federal Law Rules, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (General Federal Law) Rules 2025, which commence on 1 September 2025.
