Vale: The Hon Bryan Arthur Malpass (1936–2025)

Bryan Malpass passed away on 9 September 2025. He was called to the Bar in 1965 and joined 9 Wentworth Chambers. He was appointed an Associate Judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1989, and retired from the Bench in 2008. A funeral service will be held in the West Chapel of Northern Suburbs Crematorium on Friday 12 September 2025 at 1.45pm.
