Counsel-to-counsel communications

Barristers frequently communicate with each other on a 'counsel-to-counsel' basis, but what does that actually mean? Perry Herzfeld SC (Eleven Wentworth) and Christina Trahanas (Omnia Chambers) will explore the origins of communicating on a 'counsel-to-counsel' basis and consider ethical issues relating to such communications.
