Nominations for 2026 Bar Council Election

Eligible members are reminded that nominations for the 2026 Bar Council must be received by the Returning Officer by 4:00pm on Monday, 20 October 2025. Nominations are acknowledged by email to the candidate within 24 hours of their receipt by the Returning Officer. Any candidate who has not received an acknowledgement within 24 hours of when they believe the nomination would have been received should immediately contact the Bar Association at elections@nswbar.asn.au.
