2024-2025 Equitable Briefing Policy reports due 30 September

A reminder to all barristers who have adopted the Equitable Briefing Policy that your 2024-2025 report is to be submitted to the Law Council of Australia by 30 September 2025.

Click here to access the 2024-2025 reporting portal for barristers. A copy of the reporting questions for barristers is available here. However, reports must be submitted via the online portal.

To assist you with reporting, the Law Council’s Equitable Briefing Policy – Reporting Template and Guidelines provides detailed information on how to make a report and includes a Barrister Worksheet and Reporting Template Tool at pages 9-11.
