Expressions of interest are invited for a room available at 153 Phillip.

153 Phillip was established in 2017, in the heritage-listed Sun building at 153 Phillip Street, Sydney. There are 14 members and three associate members, of whom six in all are silk. Members practise in a wide range of areas, including corporate/commercial, defamation/media, insurance, tax, industrial/employment and intellectual property.

All rooms on the floor have generous shelving and cupboards, and are serviced by the latest VOIP telephone/internet. The conference room, the JH Plunkett Room, has AVL facilities.

153 Phillip is committed to both excellence and diversity. The floor adheres to a “no key money” principle, whereby new members pay no purchase price for a room.
