2025 Silk Bows

The remaining Silk Bows ceremonies for 2025 will be held on the following days:

Land & Environment Court - Wednesday, 22 October 2025 at 9:15am

Federal Circuit & Family Court of Australia - Thursday, 23 October 2025 at 9:15am

A joint sitting of the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) will be held on Thursday, 23 October 2025 at 9:15am in Courtroom 7C, Level 7, Lionel Bowen Building, 97-99 Goulburn Street, Sydney to recognise the Senior Counsel appointed in and for the State of New South Wales in 2025. The ceremonial sitting will be followed by morning tea.

Chief Justice Alstergren AO and the Judges of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) & (Division 2) invite members of the New South Wales Bar to attend the sitting and join the Court for refreshments afterwards.
