Vale: Malcolm Frederick Griffiths Batten (1942–2025)

Malcolm Batten passed away on 1 November 2025. He was called to the Bar in 1981, and was a founding member of both First Floor University Chambers and Henry Parkes Chambers, where he practised until his retirement in 2016. There will be a private funeral.
