Tomorrow: Ceremony of thanks for Judge Hanley SC

After almost 10 years of service as a Presiding Judge in the Sydney West District, his Honour Judge Stephen Hanley SC is transferring to Sydney to commence as the 2025 Court 3.1 Criminal List Judge. A local ceremony to recognise and thank his Honour for his contribution to the legal profession and the District Court will be held on

Thursday 12 December 2024, at 9:00am in Court 6 Level 3 George Street, Parramatta.

An invitation is extended to members of the local Bar who wish to attend the ceremony and a morning tea thereafter.

The Court will be robed.
