11 new magistrates appointed to Local Court

Appointments

NSW Attorney General Michael Daley has appointed 11 full-time magistrates to join the Local Court of New South Wales. The appointees will be sworn in and commence as magistrates in early 2025.

Among the appointments are:

  • Mr Bryan Robinson, commencing on 30 January 2025
  • Ms Razia Shafiq, commencing on 31 January 2025
  • Mr Jeffrey Tunks, commencing on 3 February 2025
