John Nield passed away on 12 January 2025. He was called to the Bar in 1967 and served as a judge of the New South Wales District Court from 1988 until 2009. He was an Acting Justice of the ACT Supreme Court from 2010 to 2013, and in 2015. Funeral details will be circulated via InBrief when available.
