A large, well lit, internal room has become available at 153 Phillip. The room comes with generous shelving and cupboards.

153 Phillip was established in 2017. It is one of the few floors with a “no key money” policy: no purchase price for a room is payable by new members. There are 14 members and four associate members, of whom five are silk.

Members are sought after in a wide range of practice areas, including corporate/commercial, defamation/media, insurance, tax, crime, and industrial/employment.

The floor also maintains a large conference room, the JH Plunkett Room, with AVL facilities.
