Understanding Gender Diversity

The Bar Association’s Diversity and Equality Committee is pleased to invite you to attend a CPD seminar on Understanding Gender Diversity to launch the LGBTQIA+ Language and Pronouns Guide for the NSW Bar. The purpose of the guide is to provide user-friendly, practical guidance for barristers concerning appropriate language when engaging with LGBTQIA+ colleagues, clients and others engaging with the legal system.

Our guest speakers will outline the guide and discuss its application inside and outside the court room.
