Today: Public Inquiries – Emerging (and Recurring) Issues

The NSW Bar Association’s Inquests and Inquiries Committee invites barristers to attend a CPD seminar on emerging and recurring issues in public inquiries. The seminar will be a facilitated discussion with Kate Eastman AM SC, Peggy Dwyer SC and Matthew Robinson.

It will provide insight, guidance and advocacy tips to barristers briefed to appear in public inquests and inquiries. Greg O’ Mahoney, a member of the Inquests and Inquiries Committee, will chair the seminar and facilitate questions from the audience.
