Industrial Relations Commission Seminar - Applying for Awards by Consent – filing the required information

The Industrial Relations Commission will be hosting a seminar on Applying for Awards by Consent – filing the required information on Wednesday, 9 April 2024 at 5.00pm.

Commissioner McDonald and Commissioner Muir will talk through the issues you must address when applying to the Commission for a new award or for a variation of an award, in particular when applying by consent. The seminar will address how you can most effectively comply with the requirements of the Industrial Relations Act 1996, the Industrial Relations Commission Rules 2022, and the Award Making Principles and discuss areas where evidence is often lacking or misdirected.

The seminar will be held both in-person (with limited seating) in Court 4.1 of the Chief Secretary’s Building, 47 Bridge Street, Sydney and online.
