Family Law (Fees) Regulations 2022

The Family Law (Fees) Regulations 2022 repeals and replaces the Family Law (Fees) Regulation 2012 which sunsets on 1 April 2023 and prescribes the fees payable for filing documents in the course of a family law proceeding in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the fees for the service and execution of the process of the court.
