The Federal Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court Regulations 2022 prescribes the fees payable in proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia and in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) (Division 2), other than family law proceedings, and for the service and execution of the process of the Federal Court and the FCFCOA. This instrument repeals the Federal Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court Regulations 2012.
