High Court of Australia (Fees) Regulations 2022

The High Court of Australia (Fees) Regulations 2022 prescribes the fees payable for proceedings in the High Court of Australia and for the execution of the process of the Court. It repeals and replaces the High Court of Australia (Fees) Regulation 2012 which sunsets on 1 April 2023.
