Whitlam's Legal Transformations

An inaugural half day seminar on the contemporary relevance of the legal transformations of the Whitlam government will be held on Friday, 17 February 2023 from 1.00pm in the Federal Court of Australia.

The speakers will examine issues of Indigenous Justice & Family and Domestic Violence with a spotlight on the Commonwealth’s participation in the provision of Legal Aid services. The keynote address features The Hon. Mark Dreyfus KC MP, Attorney-General, Commonwealth of Australia
