The webinar will address the important issues when appearing in Legal Aid matters including the panels and how they work. Almost all Legal Aid work, especially for those working in crime and care is allocated to members of the relevant panels so it is critical to know how the panels work and the obligations on members of the Bar accepting this work. The talk will also cover the direct access nature of some Legal Aid work and how to go about getting paid.
