Tonight: How secure is my platform? Managing risk with electronic briefing and cloud storage

The Practice Development Committee are addressing professional implications arising from electronic briefing and storing personal information on cloud-based platforms. This seminar will provide a background for the legal and ethical issues that can arise as well as provide practical suggestions on how to minimise risk of a security breach.

The CPD will take place in the NSW Bar Association's Common Room starting from 5.00pm on Thursday, 22 June 2023.

The seminar will be chaired by Tom Brennan SC with specialist speakers Professor Lyria Bennett Moses of UNSW and Brendan Read, Partner at KordaMentha.
