Sophie Callan SC has resigned from her position on Bar Council, effective 15 April 2023, as she will shortly be undertaking a sabbatical overseas for the balance of 2023. In accordance with the Bar Association's Constitution, Vanessa Whittaker SC will fill the vacant position.
