Reissued Practice Note SC EQ 9 - Commercial Arbitration List

On 21 April 2023 the Chief Justice reissued Practice Note SC EQ 9 – Commercial Arbitration List, with a commencement date of 24 April 2023.
The revised Practice Note updates:
- the List Judge details (see [9]).
- the contact procedure for urgent matters to ensure consistency with Practice Note SC Eq 8 – Urgent Matters in the Equity Division (see [14]).
