The next walk for the Bar Bushwalking Club is on Sunday, 28 May 2023. The group is going to walk the Grand Canyon track, one of the classic walks in the Blue Mountains. It is a historic loop track taking walkers deep into the ancient tropical rainforest within the Grose Valley, a World Heritage-listed landscape. It is a loop walk which we will do anti-clockwise so that we can finish up with the spectacular views from Evans Lookout. The walk will take about 3 hours.

We ask any attendees to please bring plenty of water and snacks. Attendees will meet at the Grand Canyon car park (off Evans Lookout Road, near Blackheath) at 9.15am for a 9.30am start.

If you would like to join, please register by no later than Wednesday, 24 May 2023 by emailing Robert White of 12 Wentworth at rwhite@12thfloor.com.au. When registering please indicate whether you would like a lift to/from Sydney so that the walkers can organise transport.
