Succession Law is one of the largest areas of NSW Supreme Court litigation, with over 1000 cases commenced in family provision, contested probate and estate administration every year. This seminar provides an overview of recent cases on major topics in Succession Law including soundness of mind, knowledge and approval, undue influence, burial disputes, intermeddling in estates, revocation of grants of administration, forfeiture, and family provision.
