Michael Fokkes passed away on Thursday, 20 March 2025. Michael joined the Aboriginal Legal Service in 2008, moving to the Legal Aid Commission in 2010. He was called to the Bar in 2017, where he was a member of Samuel Griffith Chambers until 2022. Funeral arrangements will be announced separately.
