Lo Surdo appointed to the Racing Appeals Tribunal

Anthony Lo Surdo SC of 12 Wentworth Selborne Chambers has been appointed by the Hon Paul Toole MP, minister for racing, as Acting Racing Appeals Tribunal under s 7 of the Racing Appeals Tribunal Act 1983 for a term of three years, commencing 4 February 2019. The tribunal hears appeals relating to thoroughbred racing, greyhound racing and harness racing in NSW.
