If you missed last Tuesday's, 12 February, lunchtime presentation by John Eldridge, Lecturer, The University of Sydney, fear not! The seminar is now available via CPD Online. All relevant materials, including Mr Eldridge’s paper, 'The New Law of Penalties: Mapping the Terrain', are published alongside the recording and available to download.
