The Hayne Royal Commission: Implications for Lawyers?

This is the first event to be held by the Australian Academy of Law in Sydney in 2019.

Since the Final Report of the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry was presented to the Governor-General on 1 February 2019 it has attracted much attention and comment.

Our perspective will be to look for the lessons to be learned from the Report by lawyers.
